🧭 The mission

As a Dash 8 First Officer, you’ll partner with the Captain and crew to deliver safe, efficient, and on-time operations across a demanding and rewarding route network. You’ll execute SOPs with precision, elevate CRM, and bring a cool head to all phases of flight.

Conduct thorough preflight planning, briefings, and performance calculations
Operate to company SOPs with a disciplined approach to checklists and callouts
Maintain strong situational awareness in varied weather and operational environments
Champion safety, compliance, and high-quality passenger service
Support efficient turnarounds and effective crew coordination

🧰 What you’ll bring

Total Time: 1,500 hours minimum
Licences: IATRA, IR, ME (under TCCA)
Medical: Class 1
Language: ICAO ELP Level 5
Type Rating: Not required — NTR applicants welcome (training provided)
Preferred Experience: Multi-engine time considered an asset
Passport: Valid passport
Base Commitment: Willingness to be based at YHU
Open to Licence Holders: TCCA
