Dash 8 First Officer — Training Provided (NTR Welcome)

🧭 The Role

• Operate the Dash 8 as First Officer, delivering safe, efficient, and on-time performance.
• Execute all phases of flight in accordance with SOPs, regulations, and company policies.
• Support the Captain with flight planning, performance, weight and balance, and weather/NOTAM reviews.
• Demonstrate strong CRM, clear communication, and a proactive approach to threat and error management.
• Uphold a professional, customer-focused attitude while representing the flight deck and company standards.

🧰 Minimum Requirements

• Total time: 1000 hours
• Type rating: Not required (Training Provided)
• License req.: IATRA
• Open to Lic. Holders: TCCA
• Medical: Class 1
• ICAO ELP level: 4 or higher
• Covid-19 vaccination: Required where permitted by applicable law
• Visa sponsorship: Not provided

Pilots who do not meet the minimum hours may be considered based on overall experience and other qualifying factors.
