Perimeter Aviation LP, a subsidiary of Exchange Income Corporation, operates one of Canada’s most diverse regional fleets with 45+ aircraft, including Metro variants, Merlin, and Dash 8. As a CAR 705 First Officer on the Dash 8, you will put safety first while delivering reliable, customer‑focused service across scheduled, cargo, charter, and medevac operations throughout Northern Manitoba and Northern Ontario.

Operations: Scheduled passenger and freight, North American charters, medical evacuation
Fleet: Metro variants, Merlin, Dash 8
Required license(s): CPL with IATRA or ATPL; TC Category 1 Medical; Group 1 Instrument Rating
Minimum flight time: 500 hours total time

🧭 Where you’ll fly

Be based at one of our Manitoba or Ontario bases and operate primarily throughout Northern Manitoba and Northern Ontario, with opportunities to support North American charter and medevac missions.

🧰 What you’ll do

Conduct flights in strict accordance with SOPs, Canadian Aviation Regulations (CARs), the Aircraft Flight Manual, and the Company Operations Manual.
Assist the Pilot‑in‑Command with all aspects of flight management and cockpit procedures.
Perform comprehensive pre‑flight and post‑flight inspections and fuel the aircraft.
Carry out take‑offs and landings under the authority of the Pilot‑in‑Command.
Load, unload, and secure cargo and freight as required.
Communicate clearly with crew, dispatch, ATC, partners, and customers—balancing safety, passenger comfort, and on‑time performance.
Maintain Transport Canada pilot qualification standards and company proficiency.
Continuously develop skills and knowledge with a view to future Captain readiness.
Complete additional duties as assigned.

🌟 What you bring

High school diploma or GED.
CPL with IATRA or ATPL.
Transport Canada Category 1 Medical and current Group 1 Instrument Rating.
Minimum 500 hours total flight time.
Fluent in English with strong verbal communication and listening skills.
Ability to obtain and maintain all applicable transportation security clearances and authorizations.
High flexibility and professionalism; calm under pressure and committed to on‑time performance.
Strong time‑management, multitasking, prioritization, problem‑solving, and analytical skills.
Team‑oriented, collaborative, and equally effective working independently; able to build lasting relationships with internal teams, business partners, and customers.
Physical ability to perform all duties, travel as required, work indoors/outdoors in all weather, and lift/carry up to 50 lb.
Respect, understanding, and regard for First Nations communities; Indigenous and Cultural Awareness Training is an asset.
