Step into the left seat of our Dash 8 fleet in a permanent role with full type-rating training provided. You will champion a strong safety culture, inspire your crew, and deliver a high-quality passenger experience on every sector.
🧭 What you’ll do
- Captain Dash 8 operations with unwavering adherence to SOPs, CARs, and company policies.
- Exercise sound CRM, leading and mentoring the flight deck and cabin teams.
- Plan and execute flights, including performance, weather, fuel, and MEL considerations.
- Make timely, safety-first decisions in dynamic operating environments.
- Represent the airline with professional, passenger-focused communication.
🌟 Minimum qualifications
- Total time: 4,000 hours
- PIC time: 2,500 hours
- Multi-engine PIC: 2,000 hours
- Type rating: Not required (Training Provided)
- Licence: ATPL — TCCA holders
- Medical: Class 1
- ICAO ELP: Level 4
📜 Licences & currency
- Open to licence holders: TCCA
- Dash 8 PPC: Current, or lapsed no more than 24 months
