🧭 What you’ll do
- Command Dash 8 flights with unwavering focus on safety, compliance, and SOPs.
- Lead and mentor the flight deck and cabin crew, fostering effective CRM and teamwork.
- Execute thorough pre‑flight planning, fuel and performance calculations, and real‑time operational decisions.
- Manage normal and non‑normal procedures confidently, ensuring clear, calm communication with ATC and crew.
- Champion a just culture, continuous improvement, and high standards of customer care.
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to safety and quality reporting.
🧰 Minimum requirements
- Total Time: 3,000 hours
- PIC Time: 500 hours
- CAT PIC: Minimum 500 hours as Pilot‑in‑Command on CAT operations
- Type Rating: Not required (training provided on the Dash 8)
- License: EASA ATPL
- Medical: Class 1
- ICAO English: Level 4 or higher
- Passport: Valid, with ability to travel as required
- Team & Decisions: Proven teamwork skills and the ability to make quick, safe decisions
- Shifts: Willingness to work shifts, including weekends
- Right to Work: Able to work without visa sponsorship (sponsorship not provided)
