We’re seeking an experienced leader to command Dash 8 operations. If you’re a decisive Captain with a collaborative approach and a passion for delivering safe, on-time performance, you’ll thrive in this role. No current type rating? No problem — comprehensive Dash 8 training is provided.

🧭 What you’ll do

  • Command Dash 8 flights with unwavering focus on safety, compliance, and SOPs.
  • Lead and mentor the flight deck and cabin crew, fostering effective CRM and teamwork.
  • Execute thorough pre‑flight planning, fuel and performance calculations, and real‑time operational decisions.
  • Manage normal and non‑normal procedures confidently, ensuring clear, calm communication with ATC and crew.
  • Champion a just culture, continuous improvement, and high standards of customer care.
  • Maintain accurate records and contribute to safety and quality reporting.

🧰 Minimum requirements

  • Total Time: 3,000 hours
  • PIC Time: 500 hours
  • CAT PIC: Minimum 500 hours as Pilot‑in‑Command on CAT operations
  • Type Rating: Not required (training provided on the Dash 8)
  • License: EASA ATPL
  • Medical: Class 1
  • ICAO English: Level 4 or higher
  • Passport: Valid, with ability to travel as required
  • Team & Decisions: Proven teamwork skills and the ability to make quick, safe decisions
  • Shifts: Willingness to work shifts, including weekends
  • Right to Work: Able to work without visa sponsorship (sponsorship not provided)
