🌍 Where you’ll fly
- Scheduled service to 27 destinations across Newfoundland & Labrador, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Quebec, and Ontario
- Charter operations throughout Canada and Eastern North America
🌟 What you’ll do
- Command Dash 8 aircraft in scheduled and charter operations, ensuring the highest standards of safety and compliance.
- Lead the flight crew, model exceptional CRM, and foster a proactive safety culture.
- Plan and execute flights across diverse weather and terrain, exercising sound operational judgment.
- Deliver a welcoming, professional passenger experience on every sector.
- Uphold company SOPs, regulatory requirements, and performance standards.
- Mentor First Officers and support continuous improvement in training and procedures.
🧾 Minimum requirements
- Valid TCCA ATPL.
- Transport Canada Class 1 Medical Certificate.
- ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher.
- No Dash 8 type rating required; full training provided.
📎 Additional requirements
- Ability to obtain and maintain a RAIC.
- Current passport at time of hire.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a C-1/D crewmember/transit visa and travel to the United States without restrictions.
- High school diploma (or equivalent) completed.
