🧭 The Mission

As a Captain at Pivot, you’ll lead safe, reliable Dash 8 operations that make a tangible impact. From remote community support to specialized government missions and tailored corporate flying, you’ll operate in diverse environments where professionalism, judgement, and leadership matter most.

🧰 What You’ll Do

  • Command Dash 8-100/300 operations with an unwavering focus on safety and SOP adherence.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop flight and cabin crews to uphold service excellence.
  • Operate in varied terrain and weather across Canada and beyond, including remote and challenging environments.
  • Collaborate closely with Dispatch, Maintenance, and Operations to ensure on-time, mission-ready performance.
  • Represent Pivot Airlines with professionalism in all client and community interactions.

🌟 What You Bring

  • Experience: Minimum 3,000 hours total time, including turboprop experience.
  • Licence & Medical: Current ATPL (TCCA) and Class 1 Medical.
  • Communication: ICAO English Level 4 or higher.
  • Leadership: Strong leadership and mentoring abilities with a collaborative mindset.
  • Safety: A demonstrated commitment to safety and operational excellence.
  • Type Rating: Not required — comprehensive Dash 8 training provided for successful candidates.

Note: This position is open to TCCA licence holders only. Visa sponsorship is not available.
