Contour Airlines seeks an experienced First Officer to fly the CRJ200 on Part 135 on-demand operations based in Nashville, TN. You’ll operate as part of a professional crew, deliver an exceptional customer experience, and uphold a strong safety culture within a growing fleet and company.

🧭 What You’ll Do

• Serve as Second-in-Command on CRJ200 flights under FAR Part 135 on-demand operations.
• Execute all phases of flight safely and efficiently, supporting the Captain and adhering to SOPs, company manuals, and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in flight planning, performance calculations, weight & balance, and threat/error management.
• Conduct thorough preflight and postflight inspections and ensure accurate documentation.
• Deliver polished, professional, and customer-focused service on every trip.
• Practice strong CRM, communicate clearly, and contribute to a positive team environment.

🧰 What You’ll Bring

• Certificates: Commercial Pilot License (CPL), Multi-Engine Land with Instrument Airplane rating; current FAA First-Class Medical; English Proficiency Endorsement (EPE).
• Flight time: Minimum 500 total hours (750 preferred); minimum 25 multi-engine hours (50 preferred).
• Eligibility: At least 18 years old; authorized to work in the United States; valid driver’s license with good record; current passport; fluent in English (read, write, speak).
• Availability: Able to work varying schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays; able to travel in and out of the United States.
• Proximity: Residence that enables reporting within 120 minutes of a dispatch call during assigned duty periods; multiple domicile options available.
• Attributes: Professional presence, positive and customer-oriented mindset, strong leadership and organizational skills, excellent written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and a team-first attitude.
• Physical: Able to routinely lift 75 lbs and perform duties in time-critical, high-pressure environments.
• Safety & record: No excessive check ride failures; no prior aviation-related accidents or incidents.

• Pass a 10-year employment history review, criminal history records check, reference check, and national driver’s record check.
• Pass DOT pre-employment drug screening and comply with FAA/Company random drug and alcohol testing.

📍 Base & Lifestyle
