🧭 The mission

Operate the CRJ Series to the highest standards of professionalism, supporting the Captain through all phases of flight. You’ll apply disciplined airmanship, strong CRM, and precise procedural compliance to deliver safe, smooth, and on-time operations.

🧰 Minimum requirements

  • In type: 500 hours on the CRJ Series
  • Type rating: Required (CRJ Series)
  • License required: CPL, IR, ME
  • Accepted licenses: ICAO
  • Medical: Class 1
  • ICAO ELP level: 4
  • Language req.: English, Russian

📋 What you will do

  • Execute all First Officer duties in accordance with company SOPs, applicable regulations, and ATC clearances.
  • Support Captain in flight planning, performance calculations, weather/threat assessment, and fuel management.
  • Maintain high standards of CRM, communication, and checklist discipline in a multi-crew environment.
  • Conduct precise FMS setup, navigation, and automation management appropriate to the operation.
  • Champion a just culture by reporting hazards, contributing to safety initiatives, and adhering to SMS best practices.
  • Communicate effectively in English and Russian with crew, operations, and ATC where required.
