✈️ CRJ Series Cadet Pilot – Pathway to First Officer

Launch your airline career on the CRJ flight deck. This non–type-rated cadet pathway equips driven aviators to build experience, complete ATP or R-ATP requirements, and prepare for the right seat with structured training and support.

🕒 Hours & ATP Pathways

  • Must be able to meet the necessary hours and qualifications under ATP or R‑ATP requirements.
  • Cadets eligible for an R‑ATP (1000 or 1250 hours) must have no more than 700 hours total time at application.
  • Cadets requiring a full ATP (1500 hours) must have no more than 1000 hours total time at application.

Note: Hour thresholds help ensure sufficient runway to participate meaningfully in the cadet phase before transitioning to the CRJ flight deck.

🌟 What You’ll Experience
