🧭 Your Mission

Join as a CRJ Cadet Pilot to accelerate your journey toward the regional jet flight deck. You’ll sharpen your skills, meet ATP/R‑ATP requirements, and prepare for CRJ operations with training provided for the aircraft type when you transition to line flying.

🧰 Minimum Qualifications

Current FAA PPL.
Must be a current flight student or an active CFI who is instructing.
No more than three check ride failures.
No accident or incident determined by the NTSB to be due to pilot/aviator negligence.
Ability to obtain a First Class Medical.
Ability to obtain a valid passport.
Ability to obtain an FCC Restricted Radio Operator’s Permit.
Must be able to speak, read, and write in English.
Type rating: Not required — training provided.
If hired, must be able to demonstrate authorization to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship).

🕒 Hours & ATP Pathways

Must be able to meet the necessary hours and qualifications under ATP or R‑ATP requirements.
Cadets eligible for an R‑ATP (1000 or 1250 hours) must have no more than 700 hours total time at application.
Cadets requiring a full ATP (1500 hours) must have no more than 1000 hours total time at application.

Note: Hour thresholds help ensure sufficient runway to participate meaningfully in the cadet phase before transitioning to the CRJ flight deck.
