CRJ First Officer (Type-Rated)

✈️ The Opportunity

As a CRJ First Officer, you will support safe, efficient, and punctual operations on the CRJ series, partnering closely with the Captain and wider operations team. You’ll bring sound judgement, crisp communication, and a calm, solutions-focused approach to both routine and abnormal operations.

Expect a flexible rotation schedule and international flying; a valid passport and the ability to travel without restriction are essential.

🧭 What You’ll Do

• Operate the Bombardier CRJ series in accordance with company SOPs and all regulatory requirements.
• Assist with flight planning, performance calculations, fuel planning, and systems monitoring across all phases of flight.
• Exercise strong situational awareness and proactive problem-solving in normal and abnormal scenarios.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with ATC, crew, and ground teams to drive a safety-first, on-time operation.
• Contribute to a collaborative cockpit environment while remaining capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

• Current CRJ type rating with recent experience.

• Valid passport; able to travel internationally without restriction.
• Comfort operating independently with minimal supervision while being an effective team member.

🌟 Minimum Flight Experience

• Total Time: 2,000 hours
• PIC Time: 750 hours
• In-Type (CRJ): 300 hours
• Licences: CPL, IR, ME (TCCA)
• Medical: Class 1
• ICAO English: ELP Level 4 or higher
