🧭 Your Mission

  • Operate the CRJ series in accordance with company SOPs and all applicable regulations.
  • Execute all phases of flight with precision, professionalism, and a safety‑first mindset.
  • Demonstrate strong CRM, clear communication, and teamwork with Captains, dispatch, and maintenance.
  • Maintain situational awareness in complex, time‑critical environments including IFR, night, and cross‑country operations.
  • Support a positive cabin and flight deck culture that delivers a smooth, reliable passenger experience.

🧰 Minimum Qualifications

  • Total time: 1,500 hours
  • Pilot‑in‑Command (PIC): 250 hours
  • Multi‑engine: 25 hours
  • Night: 100 hours
  • Instrument: 75 hours
  • Cross‑country: 200 hours
  • License: ATP qualified (FAA)
  • Medical: Class 1
  • Additional requirements: FCC Radio Operator’s Permit; Valid passport
  • Type rating: Not required — training provided

🧪 Training & Onboarding

Non‑type‑rated pilots are welcome. You’ll receive company‑provided aircraft training for the CRJ series, including ground school and simulator sessions, culminating in line qualification with a focus on safety, SOPs, and operational excellence.

📨 How to Apply

Apply with a current resume detailing your total time, PIC, multi‑engine, instrument, night, and cross‑country hours. Please be prepared to provide copies of your FAA certificates, Class 1 medical, FCC Radio Operator’s Permit, and passport.
