Flying as Delta Connection, we operate 700 daily flights to 100 destinations across the United States, Canada, and the Caribbean. With our headquarters in Minneapolis, six crew bases, and 11 maintenance bases nationwide, you’ll be part of a safety-first, customer-focused team that keeps the operation moving—every day, in every season.
🧭 Your Mission
As a CRJ First Officer, you’ll partner with the Captain to deliver a safe, reliable, and friendly travel experience—every leg, every time. You’ll execute procedures with precision, communicate clearly with ATC and crew, and bring calm professionalism to dynamic, all-weather operations.
- Operate CRJ series aircraft in accordance with company SOPs and all regulatory requirements.
- Exercise strong crew resource management, supporting a collaborative and safety-centered cockpit.
- Perform thorough preflight planning, performance calculations, and systems monitoring from pushback to arrival.
- Deliver excellent customer service through timely, professional operations and clear communication.
- Adapt to an operational schedule spanning days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
🧰 Minimum Qualifications
- ATP-ready: Must hold an ATP or be eligible for an ATP/R-ATP.
- Certificates: FCC Radio License required.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Language: Able to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently.
- Travel Documents: Valid passport and authorization to travel to all countries served by Endeavor Air.
- Availability: Able to work any shift, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Clearances: Successful completion of Company, FAA, and DOT pre-employment screening, criminal background check, drug test, motor vehicle driving record (MVR), and PRIA records check.
- Licensing: Open to FAA license holders.
- Medical: Current Class 1 medical certificate.
- Type Rating: Not required—training provided (non-type-rated candidates welcome).
🌟 Minimum Flight Time
- Total Time: 1,500 hours
- PIC Time: 250 hours
- Multi-Engine: 25 hours
- Night: 100 hours
- Instrument: 75 hours
- Cross-Country: 500 hours (may be reducible to 200 under applicable regulations)
- PIC Cross-Country: 100 hours
- PIC Night: 25 hours
