Corporate Pilot & Flight Department Manager (King Air 200GT / Cessna T210) – Bakersfield, CA

This is a hands-on, high-autonomy position for a seasoned single-pilot PIC. You’ll fly company executives primarily on cross-country missions and run a compact, well-organized flight department day-to-day. You’ll be the point person for trip planning, aircraft readiness, vendor coordination, and compliance under the FARs and company policy.

• Operate the King Air 200GT and Cessna T210 safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with the FARs and company policy.
• Oversee day-to-day flight department management: aircraft readiness, maintenance coordination, scheduling, and tracking.
• Coordinate directly with company leadership on travel plans and calendars; plan and execute cross-country missions.
• Arrange ground transportation, fuel stops, and FBO/airport services for each trip.
• Monitor weather and operational conditions; make sound, safety-first go/no-go decisions.
• Conduct thorough preflight inspections and routine checks; maintain meticulous records.
• Handle regulatory compliance and general flight department administration.

• Certificates: FAA Commercial Pilot (Multi-Engine & Instrument) with high-altitude endorsement; ATP highly preferred.
• Minimum time: 3,000 TT, 1,500 Multi-Engine, 1,000 Turboprop, and 250 hours in King Air 200 series.
• Proven single-pilot PIC experience in cross-country operations.
• Comprehensive knowledge of FAA regulations and aviation safety best practices.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the judgment to operate independently with accountability.
