🧭 What You’ll Do

• Operate the Challenger 350/3500 for corporate flight operations across Canada and internationally.
• Uphold the highest standards of passenger safety and care throughout all phases of flight.
• Manage pre- and post-flight tasks, including flight planning, load control, fuel coordination, and catering.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and SOPs while maintaining regulatory compliance.
• Complete all required annual ground and flight simulator training.
• Perform administrative duties as assigned by the Chief Pilot and support departmental initiatives.
• Undertake additional duties as required to support seamless flight department operations.

🧰 What You’ll Bring

• Valid Canadian ATPL.
• Minimum 4,000 hours total time.
• Minimum 1,000 hours multi‑engine turbine PIC.
• Valid Canadian passport.
• Residency in Saint John, NB and surrounding area (required).
• Post-secondary diploma/degree or aviation flight college diploma.
• Customer service mindset with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Schedule flexibility and the ability to perform under pressure.
• Comfort adapting to frequent schedule changes driven by weather or business needs.
• Corporate jet time (asset).
• International flight operations experience (asset).
