Worthington Enterprises is seeking a Corporate Pilot to serve as Captain and deliver on‑demand, safe, effective, and efficient air transportation that advances our business objectives. This role carries overall responsibility for the safe and efficient operation of the aircraft and the safety of crew and passengers—prioritizing safety, reliability, capacity, and economy on every flight.

🧭 What You’ll Do
- Serve as Pilot‑in‑Command, ensuring the highest safety standards for passengers, crew, and aircraft.
- Plan, brief, and execute flights in alignment with company priorities: safety → reliability → capacity → economy.
- Operate on‑demand schedules with professionalism, sound judgment, and calm under pressure.
- Apply strong crew resource management, communication, and leadership in multi‑crew environments.
- Coordinate with maintenance to keep aircraft airworthy and mission‑ready; document and communicate discrepancies.
- Manage trip logistics, documentation, and administrative tasks with accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain currency and proficiency through annual simulator training meeting ATP standards.

🌟 Minimum Qualifications
- Total Time: 2,000 hours minimum
- License: ATP (FAA)
- Medical: Class 1
- Type Rating: Not required (Training provided) (NTR‑friendly)
- Experience: Time in aircraft of similar or higher type/complexity to company‑operated aircraft
- Permits: Restricted Radiotelephone Operator Permit
- Training: Satisfactory completion of annual FAA‑approved simulator training to ATP standards
📍 Where You’ll Be Based
Operations are based at the OSU Airport (KOSU) in Columbus, Ohio. Candidates must reside within a two‑hour driving radius to support on‑demand dispatch and reliability.
