✈️ About the role

As a CitationJet Captain, you will take overall responsibility for flight safety and performance, lead the crew, and represent Star Wings with professionalism on every sector. This is a type-rated position for experienced pilots who thrive in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.

🧭 Your mission

• Command C525 series flights in accordance with company SOPs and EASA regulations.
• Plan and execute flights, including performance, W&B, fuel strategy, weather and NOTAM review.
• Lead effective crew coordination and decision-making to ensure safe, on-time operations.
• Deliver a premium client experience with excellent manners and a confident, calm demeanor.
• Ensure accurate documentation, post-flight reporting, and proactive safety reporting.
• Coordinate with operations and maintenance to keep the aircraft mission-ready.

🧰 What you bring

• Type-rated: Current and valid Cessna 525 series type rating.
• Very good German and English, both written and spoken; ICAO English Level 4 minimum.
• Team player with excellent manners and a confident, client-facing presence.
• Unrestricted passport suitable for international travel.
• Valid background check.
• Valid driver license.

🌟 Minimum requirements

• Total PIC: 1,000 hours
• In type (C525 series): 500 hours
• PIC on type: At least 200 hours
• License: EASA CPL
• Medical: Class 1
• ICAO ELP: Level 4 or higher
• Type rating: Required (Cessna 525 series)
• Visa sponsorship: Not provided
