We’re seeking a type-rated Captain who combines technical excellence with exceptional airmanship and customer focus. ✈️ The Opportunity
As Captain on the Citation Excel/XLS/XLS+, you’ll take command of end-to-end flight operations, ensuring safety, compliance, and a refined passenger experience. You will plan and execute flights across European airspace, apply sound decision-making in dynamic conditions, and represent the flight department with professionalism at all times.
🧭 What You’ll Do
- Act as PIC on the Citation Excel/XLS/XLS+, executing flights safely and efficiently.
- Perform thorough flight planning, performance calculations, and fuel strategies for varied European operations.
- Uphold EASA regulations, company SOPs, and robust SMS practices.
- Lead effective CRM, mentoring and collaborating with crew and ground teams.
- Deliver a discreet, service-oriented experience to passengers and stakeholders.
- Maintain currency, training, and documentation to the highest professional standards.
🧰 Minimum Requirements
- Current type rating on Citation Excel/XLS/XLS+ (type-rated required).
- EASA ATPL and Class 1 medical.
- Total flight time: 2,500+ hours.
- High Performance Aircraft experience: 500+ hours on aircraft >5.7 t.
- ICAO English Level 4 or higher.
- Valid ZÜP (Zuverlässigkeits-Überprüfung) nach §7 LuftSiG.
- Unrestricted EU work authorization (EU passport or right to live and work in the EU).
- Valid driving license.
- Fluent English; professional working German strongly preferred.
