No type rating? Training is provided for the right candidate.

  • Medical: Class 1
  • ICAO ELP: Level 4 or higher
  • Minimum time: 1,500 TT | 500 PIC | 500 Multi-engine
  • Flight time notes: Minimum 500 multi-engine PIC; experience on similar aircraft preferred
  • Radio Licence: Canadian Radio Telephone Licence
  • Schedule: Flexibility required to support client needs

🧰 What you’ll do

  • Lead all phases of flight in accordance with CARs, company SOPs, and SMS best practices.
  • Plan and execute flights: performance, routing, fuel, W&B, alternates, and NOTAM/weather analysis.
  • Operate and program advanced FMS and glass cockpit systems with precision and situational awareness.
  • Deliver an exceptional client experience through professional communication and proactive service.
  • Collaborate closely with dispatch, maintenance, and crew to ensure safe, on-time departures.
  • Maintain currency, documentation, and accurate flight/technical records.
  • Champion a positive safety culture, identifying hazards and contributing to continuous improvement.

🌟 What you bring

  • Hands-on experience with modern FMS and glass cockpit avionics.
  • Strong understanding of aviation weather, airport performance, flight plan calculations, fuel planning, and weight & balance.
  • Expert knowledge of CARs and practical SMS safety practices.
  • Canadian Radio Telephone Licence.
  • Clear, confident written and verbal communication skills.
  • Positive, collaborative mindset with the ability to build strong relationships across the organization.
  • Exceptional client service, organization, and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule aligned to client operations.
