This role blends the finesse of private, non-revenue missions with the dynamism of on-demand charter flying—ideal for a polished aviator who thrives on variety and professionalism.

  • Employment: Permanent
  • Type Rating: Not required (NTR) — training provided
  • Operations: CARs 604 (Private, non-revenue) and 704 (Charter, revenue); non‑scheduled, domestic and international passenger flights
  • Work Authorization: Ability to work in Canada
  • Travel: Ability to travel outside Canada
  • Visa Sponsorship: Not provided

🧭 The Opportunity

As PIC, you will set the tone for safety, leadership, and exceptional passenger care. You’ll execute a mix of corporate and charter missions, collaborate closely with flight operations and maintenance teams, and represent our brand with professionalism on every leg.

🧰 What You’ll Do

  • Serve as Pilot-in-Command, ensuring operational safety, regulatory adherence, and exemplary decision-making at all times.
  • Plan and conduct non-scheduled missions under CARs 604/704, domestically and internationally.
  • Champion SOPs, CRM, and SMS best practices; cultivate a professional, service-driven cockpit culture.
  • Perform comprehensive flight planning, including performance, weight and balance, fuel strategy, and weather/NOTAM analysis.
  • Coordinate with dispatch, maintenance, and client services to deliver seamless, on-time operations.
  • Represent the company with discretion and courtesy, providing a refined passenger experience.

🌟 Minimum Qualifications

  • Total Time: 3,000+ hours
  • PIC Time: 500+ hours
  • License: ATPLTCCA
  • Medical: Class 1
  • Language Proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher
  • Type Rating: Not required — Citation Sovereign training provided
  • Experience: Jet experience and corporate/business aviation experience
  • Work Eligibility: Authorized to work in Canada
  • Travel: Able to travel outside Canada
