Join a professional, service-minded flight department as a type-rated First Officer on the Citation M2/CJ series. In this permanent role, you’ll fly to diverse destinations while upholding the highest standards of safety, teamwork and guest care.
🧭 Your mission
Work closely with the Captain to deliver safe, efficient and customer-focused operations across all phases of flight.
- Execute thorough preflight planning, performance and weight-and-balance calculations.
- Operate the Citation M2/CJ series in accordance with SOPs and EASA regulations, maintaining exemplary airmanship.
- Manage checklists, monitor systems and actively support decision-making using sound CRM and threat-and-error management.
- Communicate effectively with ATC and coordinate with ground and operations teams in German and English.
- Uphold a discreet, high-service approach for passengers, ensuring comfort and safety at all times.
- Complete accurate postflight documentation and contribute to continuous improvement and training.
- Adapt to dynamic schedules, including short-notice changes, weekends and irregular hours.
🧰 What you will bring
- Current type rating on the Citation M2/CJ series.
- EASA Frozen ATPL and valid Class 1 medical.
- German and English proficiency at B2 level or higher; ICAO ELP minimum Level 4.
- A valid ZÜP at the start of employment.
- Unrestricted passport enabling international travel.
- Class B driving licence and your own car.
- Ideally, residence within a 1-hour commute of Stuttgart Airport.
- Personal attributes: reliability, strong sense of responsibility, friendly demeanor, high flexibility and resilience, team spirit, intercultural competence, service orientation and a commitment to continuous self-development.
