🧰 What you’ll do

• Operate the Citation M2/CJ series safely and efficiently in line with company SOPs and EASA regulations.
• Support the PIC with flight planning, performance, fuel, and weight & balance calculations.
• Conduct thorough preflight and postflight checks and complete all required documentation.
• Communicate professionally with clients and crews, ensuring a discreet, high‑quality service.
• Coordinate with dispatch, maintenance, and ground teams to keep operations punctual and compliant.
• Adapt to a dynamic schedule, including weekend and shift duties.
• Use MS Office and company systems to manage briefs, reports, and operational updates.

📜 Minimum requirements

• EASA Frozen ATPL (ATPL theory credit), with valid multi‑engine instrument privileges.
• Class 1 Medical.
• ICAO English Level 4 or higher.
• German and English proficiency at B2 level or above (spoken and written).
• Right to live and work in Germany/EU (visa sponsorship is not available).

🔎 Additional requirements

• Non‑type‑rated pilots welcome; CJ series type rating provided upon successful selection.
• Valid aviation background check ZÜP available at the start of employment.
• Unrestricted passport enabling international travel.
• Class B driving licence.
• Strong computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office.
• Excellent organisational and coordination skills; able to work independently.
• Willingness to work weekends, public holidays, and shifts.
• Reliable telephone availability and mobile internet connection for roster/ops updates.
• Residence ideally within a 1‑hour drive of Stuttgart Airport.
