✈️ The Mission

As Captain, you’ll command the Citation M2/CJ series with confidence and care—delivering safe, smooth, and efficient operations while setting the tone for exceptional service on every leg.

  • Exercise PIC authority and judgement across all phases of flight, with an unwavering focus on safety and compliance.
  • Lead flight planning, performance calculations, fuel and weight/balance, and risk assessments.
  • Execute precise, SOP-driven operations and champion CRM and TEM best practices.
  • Deliver a polished client experience while protecting schedule integrity in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborate closely with maintenance, dispatch, and crew members to keep flights on time and aircraft mission-ready.

🧭 Minimum Qualifications

  • Total Time: 3,000 hours
  • Pilot-in-Command (PIC): 1,500 hours
  • Turbine Time: 500 hours
  • License: ATP (FAA)
  • Type Rating: Not required — training provided
  • Medical: Class 1

🧰 Additional Requirements

  • Valid passport (unexpired) for domestic and international operations.
  • FCC Radio Telephone Operator Permit.
  • Exceptional communication skills—clear, concise, and professional in both verbal and written formats.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented operation and embrace new challenges.
  • Residence in, or within two hours of, a major airport to support efficient crewing and dispatch.
