✈️ Lead the Flight: Citation M2/CJ Series Captain
Join a professional operation flying the Cessna Citation M2/CJ family. We’re recruiting an experienced, customer-focused Captain who thrives in a team environment. Non-type rated pilots are welcome – full type rating training is provided for the right candidate.
🧭 Role overview
As Captain on the Citation M2/CJ series, you’ll take command of point-to-point missions, deliver outstanding passenger experience, and uphold the highest standards of safety, CRM, and compliance. You’ll set the tone on the flight deck, mentor crewmates, and represent the brand with professionalism at every touchpoint.
🧰 What you’ll do
- Plan and execute flights in accordance with company SOPs and regulatory requirements.
- Lead the crew, championing excellent CRM, TEM, and safety culture within the SMS framework.
- Deliver a premium, customer-centric experience from briefing to baggage door.
- Manage performance, fuel, and alternates; make sound, timely operational decisions.
- Ensure meticulous flight documentation, record-keeping, and post-flight reporting.
- Support training, standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
🌟 Minimum requirements
- Total Time: Minimum 1,700 hours
- Licence: EASA Frozen ATPL with IR, MCC, ME, and UPRT
- Type Rating: Not required (training provided)
- English Proficiency: ICAO Level 4 or higher
- Medical: EASA Class 1
- Passport: Valid and unrestricted for operational travel
- Driving Licence: Valid
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, team spirit, and a customer-focused attitude
Preferred: C525 type rating (preferred, not mandatory).
