Join a high-calibre flight department operating in some of Canada’s most remote and rewarding environments. As Captain on the Citation M2/CJ series, you’ll combine sharp airmanship, sound judgement, and exceptional people skills to deliver safe, reliable, and professional service—with type training provided for the right TCCA ATPL holder.
🧭 What you’ll do
- Lead all phases of flight on the Citation M2/CJ series in alignment with company SOPs and Canadian aviation regulations.
- Plan and execute operations in geographically remote Canadian locations, including performance, alternates, fuel, and terrain/weather considerations.
- Ensure regulatory compliance, meticulous flight documentation, and robust risk management/decision-making.
- Deliver an exceptional passenger experience with clear communication, discretion, and service-minded professionalism.
- Coordinate effectively with dispatch, maintenance, and ground teams to maintain aircraft readiness and schedule integrity.
- Support cross-border operations; maintain documentation to ensure smooth U.S. entry/exit when required.
🧰 What you bring
Minimum flight experience
- Total Time: 2,500+ hours
- Pilot-in-Command (PIC): 500+ hours
- Multi-Engine: 500+ hours
- Turbine: 500+ hours
- PIC on Multi-Turbine: 500 hours
- Time on Type: 100 hours on Citation M2/CJ or equivalent light jet (preferred)
Certification & compliance
- Licence: Valid ATPL (TCCA)
- Medical: Class 1
- Language: ICAO ELP Level 4+
- Security: Clear Criminal Records, Child Abuse Registry, and Vulnerable Sectors checks
Operational readiness
- Demonstrated experience operating in geographically remote Canadian locations.
- Strong working knowledge of Canadian Aviation Regulations and Standards applicable to captaincy on light jets.
- Valid passport; legally able to enter the United States.
- Exceptional interpersonal and crew resource management skills; calm, service-focused, and safety-first mindset.
