🧭 The Opportunity
As Captain, you’ll lead safe, efficient operations across the Citation M2/CJ series, delivering smooth, professional flights and an exceptional passenger experience. You’ll set the tone for crew performance, champion SOPs, and ensure every sector is executed to the highest standard.
🧰 What You’ll Do
- Serve as Pilot-in-Command, ensuring full compliance with company SOPs and regulatory requirements.
- Plan and execute flights: performance calculations, fuel planning, weather/NOTAM review, and weight & balance.
- Lead and mentor the flight crew, fostering excellent CRM and a just culture.
- Deliver a premium customer experience with professional communication and discretion.
- Oversee aircraft status, documentation, and dispatch readiness; coordinate with maintenance as required.
- Manage dynamic operational decisions, including alternates, de-icing, and payload considerations.
- Complete post-flight duties: tech logs, reports, and continuous improvement feedback.
🌟 What You Bring
- Minimum total time: 3,000 hours.
- Current and valid Citation M2/CJ Series type rating (type-rated required).
- Unrestricted ATPL; open to JAA licence holders.
- Class 1 Medical.
- ICAO English Language Proficiency: Level 4+.
- Strong decision-making under pressure, meticulous procedural discipline, and impeccable airmanship.
- Professionalism, discretion, and service-oriented communication with passengers and stakeholders.
- Right to work without employer visa sponsorship.
