Corporate Jet Captain – Citation M2/CJ Series

🧭 What you’ll do

• Captain Citation M2/CJ series aircraft with uncompromising focus on safety, compliance, and refined passenger care.
• Plan and execute domestic and international missions, including operations in Canada, Mexico, and the Caribbean, adhering to all applicable procedures and regulations.
• Deliver an exceptional, personalized cabin experience—anticipate needs, communicate clearly, and maintain a calm, polished presence.
• Lead the crew through effective CRM, briefings, and sound decision-making; foster teamwork and professionalism.
• Conduct thorough preflight planning: performance, weight-and-balance, weather/NOTAMs, risk assessments, and alternates.
• Oversee aircraft readiness and post-flight details, including fueling, catering, cabin presentation, and accurate documentation.
• Uphold company SOPs and regulatory standards; maintain precise logs and records.
• Participate in recurrent training and checking to sustain proficiency and standardization.

🧰 Minimum requirements

• Total Time: 3,000 hours
• Pilot-in-Command: 1,500 hours (PIC)
• Multi-Engine: 500 hours
• License Required: ATP – FAA
• Medical: First Class
• Type Rating: Not required (training provided) – NTR candidates welcome
• Accepted Licenses: FAA
