🧭 Your mission

As Captain, you will take full command of flight operations on the Citation M2/CJ series, ensuring safety, compliance, and a seamless passenger experience on every sector.

  • Conduct safe, efficient single-pilot or two-crew operations under IFR and VFR.
  • Plan and execute missions: performance, fuel, WX, NOTAMs, ETOPS/alternate strategies where applicable.
  • Lead CRM, apply TEM, and adhere to company SOPs and EASA regulations.
  • Deliver discreet, client-focused service aligned with business aviation standards.
  • Maintain aircraft documents, tech logs, and accurate post-flight records.
  • Champion a just culture and continuous improvement in safety and compliance.

🧰 Minimum requirements

  • Total time: 1,500 hours
  • Pilot-in-Command (PIC) time: 500 hours
  • In type (Citation M2/CJ series): 500 hours
  • Under IFR: 500 hours
  • Type rating: Required (Citation M2/CJ series)
  • Licenses: CPL, IR, ME, UPRT (Advanced per EASA.FCL.745)
  • License authority: EASA
  • Medical: Class 1
  • English proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher

  • Negative test result for psychoactive substances
  • Valid psychological assessment (not older than 2 years)
  • Complete and verifiable flight record (logbook, license, etc.)
  • No history of accidents or incidents
  • No criminal record and no security restrictions
  • Right to live and work in Switzerland
