We’re looking for a standout Captain with strong interpersonal skills and exceptional service awareness to lead Citation M2 operations in Europe’s premier business aviation market. You’ll join an ambitious, entrepreneurial team that invests in its people and offers rapid growth opportunities.

🧰 What you’ll do

  • Operate the Cessna Citation M2 (C525) safely and efficiently in compliance with all regulatory and company procedures.
  • Exercise command authority, lead effective CRM, and make timely decisions to ensure safety and punctuality.
  • Deliver an exceptional, discreet service experience to a discerning charter clientele.
  • Conduct thorough pre‑flight planning, performance calculations, crew briefings, and exterior/interior inspections.
  • Manage flight documentation and maintain the highest operational standards end‑to‑end.

🌟 What you’ll bring

  • Valid EASA CPL with IR/ME/MCC; ATPL theoretical knowledge.
  • Advanced UPRT completed.
  • Minimum 1,000 total hours; 500 hours as PIC on C525; 100 hours IFR.
  • ICAO English proficiency FCL.055 level 4+ and fluent French.
  • Standout flight‑deck presence with strong interpersonal skills and commercial awareness.
  • TRI (Type Rating Instructor) on C525 appreciated.
