🧭 What You’ll Do

• Operate the Citation Latitude as First Officer in accordance with company SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Deliver an exceptional charter experience through professional, discreet, and customer-first service.
• Support flight preparation: performance, weight and balance, route planning, fuel, and weather/NOTAM analysis.
• Uphold a just culture of safety, reporting, and continuous improvement across SMS/FRMS processes.
• Demonstrate excellent CRM, communication, and decision-making in a dynamic charter environment.
• Participate in training, checking, and proficiency programs, including type conversion for the C680A.
• Contribute to entry-into-service readiness, documentation, and standardization as the fleet grows.

🧰 What You’ll Bring

• Licensing: EASA Frozen ATPL with valid IR, ME, and UPRT.
• Experience: 1,000+ hours total time, including 500+ hours on High Performance Aircraft (>5.7 t).
• Medical: Class 1.
• Language: Fluent English; professional working German strongly preferred. (Minimum ICAO ELP Level 4)
• Work Rights: Unrestricted EU passport or established right to live and work in the EU.
• Security: Valid ZÜP (Zuverlässigkeitsüberprüfung) nach §7 LuftSiG.
• Other: Valid driving license.
• Type Rating: Not required — training provided for the C680A (NTR encouraged to apply).
