Step into the left seat of a modern midsize jet and lead every flight with precision, professionalism, and calm. We’re seeking a type-rated Captain to operate the Citation Latitude as Pilot-in-Command, ensuring safe, smooth, and service-focused operations on every mission.
🧭 Your Mission
Own the operation from briefing to block-in. You’ll lead a professional crew, exercise sound judgment, and deliver a seamless passenger experience while upholding the highest standards of safety, compliance, and airmanship.
🧰 What You’ll Do
- Serve as PIC on the Citation Latitude, ensuring safe and efficient flight operations.
- Plan and execute each mission: performance, weight & balance, fuel strategy, alternates, weather, and NOTAMs.
- Lead briefings and foster a strong crew resource management culture built on communication and respect.
- Adhere to company SOPs, checklists, and the MEL; champion a robust SMS.
- Deliver a polished, discreet passenger experience while safeguarding safety and comfort.
- Maintain currency, training, and documentation to regulatory and company standards.
- Collaborate with dispatch/maintenance to optimize aircraft readiness and on-time performance.
🌟 What You Bring
- Current Citation Latitude type rating (Type-Rated) and recent experience on type preferred.
- Valid ATP with FAA privileges.
- Current Class 1 medical.
- Demonstrated PIC decision-making, leadership, and CRM excellence.
- Impeccable checklist discipline, threat and error management, and weather/route planning proficiency.
- Professionalism, discretion, and a service mindset that puts passengers first.
Note: Visa sponsorship is not available for this role. Candidates must have authorization to work without employer sponsorship.
