Step into the left seat of a well-equipped Citation Latitude and lead safe, service-focused operations for discerning clients. We’re seeking a polished, team-minded Captain who can mentor the SIC, deliver exceptional customer care, and bring the judgment and professionalism expected of a seasoned PIC.

As our Citation Latitude Captain, you’ll command every phase of flight while shaping a culture of safety, precision, and hospitality. You’ll also play a key role in training and standardizing the SIC—helping them grow while ensuring every trip feels seamless for passengers and crew alike.
🧭 What You’ll Do
- Serve as PIC on the Citation Latitude, executing flights with uncompromising safety, compliance, and a polished customer experience.
- Plan, brief, and adapt flight profiles to changing conditions; manage fuel, performance, and alternates with sound judgment.
- Mentor and train the SIC to properly perform all duties, model CRM best practices, and uphold SOPs.
- Oversee aircraft readiness, including pre-/post-flight inspections and coordination of maintenance/service requirements.
- Maintain currency, records, and documentation to regulatory and company standards.
- Develop friendly rapport with clients while preserving discretion, professionalism, and on-time reliability.
🧰 Minimum Qualifications
- Total time: 3,000 hours
- PIC time: 1,500 hours
- Jet time: 250 hours
- Flight time note: 250 PIC or SIC hours in a mid-size jet or larger (>20,000 lbs MTOW)
- License: ATP (FAA)
- Medical: Class 1
- Education: High School Diploma or GED
- Type rating: Not required on the Latitude — company training provided
🌟 Additional Requirements
- PIC Jet Type Rating: Previous PIC jet type rating (any jet) required
- No accidents, incidents, or sanctions in the past 5 years
- Strong knowledge of general aviation aircraft, service requirements, and the needs of crews and passengers
- Proven ability to train and coach the SIC to properly perform their functions
- Exceptional customer service, organizational, and communication skills; professional appearance and manner
- Demonstrated initiative, multi-tasking ability, and a friendly, team-first approach
- Able to pass a drug screening test and background check; clean driving record
📈 Preferred
- Current Part 135.293/297 in a jet
- Recent training with FlightSafety International (FSI) or CAE Simuflite

- Maintain current medical, training, and records as required
- Uphold a rigorous safety culture, including SMS and robust risk management practices
