🧭 The mission
As Captain on the Citation Latitude, you will lead end-to-end flight operations, ensuring uncompromising safety, exemplary decision-making, and a premium passenger experience. You will champion effective CRM, uphold SOPs and SMS best practices, and represent the flight department with professionalism on every sector.
- Command and coordinate all phases of flight, from planning to post-flight.
- Lead the crew with clear communication, sound judgement, and high situational awareness.
- Deliver a discreet, customer-focused onboard experience.
- Maintain currency, compliance, and readiness through recurrent training and checks.
🧰 Minimum requirements
- Total time: 3000 hours
- Jet time: 1000 hours
- License: ATPL — EASA or UK CAA
- Medical: Class 1
- English proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher
- Type rating: Not required — training provided
- Background: No history of accidents or incidents; no criminal record; no security restrictions
- Right to work: Able to live and work at chosen base without visa sponsorship
