Citation II/SII/Bravo Captain – Training Provided (KMOB Area)

✈️ Lead as a Citation II/SII/Bravo Captain

Step into a permanent Captain role on our Citation II/SII/Bravo fleet. If you hold an ATP and meet the experience requirements, we’ll provide the type training you need to excel. This position is ideal for safety-focused aviators who can base within driving distance of KMOB (Mobile, Alabama).

  • Type Rating: Not required — training provided (NTR)
  • License: ATP (FAA)
  • Medical: Class 1

🧭 What you’ll do

  • Serve as PIC on Citation II/SII/Bravo missions, upholding the highest standards of safety and professionalism.
  • Plan and execute flights in full compliance with company SOPs and FAA regulations, including performance, fuel, weather, and risk assessment.
  • Lead effective crew coordination and decision-making, setting the tone for exceptional CRM.
  • Ensure meticulous aircraft care, documentation accuracy, and readiness for each mission.
  • Deliver a polished client experience while representing the flight department with integrity.

🧰 Minimum qualifications

  • Total Time: 3,000 hours
  • PIC Time: 500 hours
  • License Required: ATP
  • Open to License Holders: FAA
  • Medical: Class 1
  • Type Rating: Not required (training provided)
  • Residency: Must live within a 3-hour drive of KMOB
  • Passport: Valid
  • Permit: Restricted Radiotelephone Operator Permit
  • Safety Record: No accidents or incidents in the past 3 years

🌟 Preferred

  • PIC Time in Type: 250 hours on Citation II/SII/Bravo

This is a home-based position requiring residency within a 3-hour driving radius of KMOB (Mobile, Alabama) to support reliable dispatch and operational readiness.
