Citation Excel/XLS/XLS+ First Officer (Type-Rated)

Join a safety-first, customer-focused flight department as a type-rated First Officer on the Citation Excel/XLS/XLS+. You will support the Captain in delivering precise, professional operations and an exceptional passenger experience on every leg.

• Execute all first officer duties: thorough preflight planning, weight and balance, performance calculations, checklists, and SOP adherence.
• Champion a safety culture through disciplined decision-making, risk assessment, and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Deliver polished, professional service to passengers with a positive, customer-focused attitude.
• Collaborate closely with the Captain and crew to ensure on-time, efficient operations while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism.
• Maintain currency, training, and documentation in accordance with company and FAA requirements.

• Total time: 1200 hours
• PIC time: 250 hours
• Multi-engine: 25 hours
• Instrument: 75 hours
• Type rating: Required on Citation Excel/XLS/XLS+
• License req.: CPL, IR, ME (FAA)
• Medical: Class 1

• Must pass a DOT-required pre-employment drug screening and comply with FAA and company-mandated random drug and alcohol testing.
• Able to pass a 10-year work history background check, criminal history check, and fingerprinting as required by the TSA.
• Adhere to all safety regulations; comply with OSHA, EPA, state, and federal requirements.

Operations may require early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and irregular shifts. Flexibility and reliability are essential to meet operational needs.
