Step into a trusted Captain position operating the Citation Excel/XLS/XLS+. You’ll lead from the front — making sound decisions, mentoring crew, and ensuring each sector runs to the highest operational and customer-service standards.

🧰 What You’ll Do

Act as Pilot-in-Command on Citation Excel/XLS/XLS+ operations, ensuring safety, compliance, and operational excellence.
Plan and execute flights: performance, fuel, weight/balance, weather, NOTAMs, alternates, and flight risk assessment.
Lead effective CRM, fostering teamwork, clear communication, and a just culture.
Uphold SOPs, checklists, and regulatory requirements while maintaining meticulous flight and aircraft documentation.
Deliver a discreet, courteous experience for passengers; represent the brand with professionalism and integrity.
Adapt to changing schedules and operational demands with composure and flexibility.

Licenses: CPL, IR, MCC, ME (EASA)
Medical: Class 1
English proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher
