🧭 The Opportunity

As Captain on the Citation Excel/XLS/XLS+, you’ll lead safe, efficient, and customer-focused operations across a wide range of domestic and international missions. You’ll be supported by a professional, growth-minded team and a culture that rewards reliability, strong decision-making, and a rock-solid work ethic.

🧰 What You’ll Do

  • Serve as Pilot-in-Command on Citation Excel family aircraft for domestic and international flights.
  • Uphold the highest standards of safety, regulatory compliance, and SOP/SMS adherence.
  • Lead all phases of flight planning and execution, including performance, fuel, weather, and alternates.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service with clear, professional communication to clients, crew, and operations.
  • Maintain currency, training, and meticulous aircraft/operational documentation.
  • Represent the company with professionalism, integrity, and a service-first mindset.

🌟 What You Bring (Minimum Requirements)

  • Total Time: 3,000 hours minimum
  • PIC Time: 1,500 hours minimum
  • Time in Type: 250 hours minimum in Citation Excel/XLS/XLS+
  • Type Rating: Required (Citation Excel/XLS/XLS+)
  • License: ATP — FAA
  • Medical: Class 1
  • Ability to travel internationally without restriction
  • Reside within two hours of a major airport in the lower 48
  • Demonstrated safety record, stable employment history, and strong work ethic
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach

🔎 Preferred Qualifications

  • Time in Type: 500+ hours preferred
  • International operating experience
  • Initial or recurrent training in type within the last 36 months
  • Experience flying other Citation variants
  • Strong Part 135 background
