As Captain on the Citation Excel/XLS/XLS+, you'll set the tone for safety, professionalism, and exceptional service on every flight. You'll lead all phases of operation, collaborate closely with your crew, and represent our brand with the highest standards of airmanship and customer care.

🧰 Minimum qualifications

Current CE-560XL type rating (type-rated required)
Unrestricted ATP issued by the FAA
Current FAA Class 1 medical
Recent experience flying a Citation jet within the last 24 months
Clean record: no incidents, accidents, or FAA actions/suspensions

🧾 Additional requirements

Valid passport
Valid driver's license

🌟 What you'll do

Command all phases of flight in the Citation Excel/XLS/XLS+ in accordance with company policy and regulatory standards
Plan and execute flights, including performance, weight and balance, fuel, weather, and routing
Lead and coordinate with crew to deliver a safe, timely, and passenger-focused experience
Maintain meticulous aircraft documentation and operational compliance
