🧭 What you’ll do

  • Serve as Pilot in Command, ensuring the highest standards of safety, compliance, and passenger care.
  • Exercise superb judgment in all phases of flight, from preflight planning to post-flight documentation.
  • Lead effective CRM with crew and ground teams; model a calm, professional cockpit culture.
  • Adapt to dynamic schedules while maintaining on-time, polished operations.

🧰 Minimum qualifications

  • Total time: 3,500 hours
  • PIC time: 2,000 hours
  • PIC in type: 250 hours (Citation Excel/XLS/XLS+)
  • Turbine: 2,000 hours
  • License required: ATP
  • Open to license holders: FAA
  • Medical: Class 1
  • Last flight/training: Simulator-based training within the prior 6 months
  • Type rating: Required (Citation Excel/XLS/XLS+)

  • Possess a valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
  • Pass a DOT-required pre-employment drug screening and be willing to submit to and pass FAA and company‑mandated random drug and alcohol testing.
  • Ability to pass a 10-year work history background check, criminal history check, and fingerprinting as required by the TSA.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and irregular shifts as operational needs dictate.
  • Adhere to all safety regulations and work professionally, complying with OSHA, EPA, state, and federal regulatory requirements.
  • Hold a current, valid passport.
  • No excessive check ride failures.
  • No previous aviation-related accidents or incidents.
