🧭 What You’ll Do

Serve as Captain on Citation Excel/XLS/XLS+ flights, delivering safe, efficient, and professional operations.
Partner closely with our dedicated maintenance team to ensure aircraft readiness and high dispatch reliability.
Lead flight planning, performance calculations, and risk management with meticulous attention to detail.
Represent the flight department with a polished, customer-focused presence at all times.
Communicate effectively with crew, maintenance, and company stakeholders to support seamless operations.
Contribute to a positive, family-oriented culture and take initiative on collateral duties that support the department.
