✈️ The Opportunity
As Captain on the Citation Excel/XLS/XLS+, you will lead safe, smooth, and timely operations for discerning charter clients and aircraft owners. You’ll be the face of the flight department—balancing impeccable airmanship with warm, detail-oriented service on both domestic and international missions.
🧭 Your Mission
- Exercise PIC authority with uncompromising commitment to safety and sound judgment under Part 135/91.
- Plan and execute trips end-to-end: performance, fuel, weather, alternates, international procedures, and crew briefs.
- Deliver polished, proactive client service and represent the brand with professionalism at every touchpoint.
- Coordinate closely with dispatch, maintenance, and owners for seamless logistics and aircraft readiness.
- Oversee trip support details, including ground transportation, catering, and international handling as needed.
- Maintain currency, proficiency, and accurate records; adhere to company SOPs and all applicable regulations.
🧰 What You’ll Bring
- Working knowledge of FAR Part 135 and Part 91 operations.
- Valid state driver’s license and valid passport; able to support ground logistics associated with trip operations.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Professional appearance at all times while on duty or in contact with clients and aircraft owners.

- Flexibility to travel frequently; domestic and international trips are standard.
🎯 Minimum Flight Experience
- Total Time: 3,000 hours
- PIC Time: 1,500 hours
- PIC in Type: 250 hours
- Multi-Engine PIC: 500 hours
- Turbine PIC: 250 hours
- Type Rating: Required (CE-560XL)
- Currency: Completed initial or recurrent training in the required aircraft type within the preceding 12 months
🌍 Travel & Representation
This is a travel-forward role. You’ll regularly operate domestic and international missions and manage on-the-road trip support with poise and professionalism.
🔐 Compliance
- Maintain required FAA ATP and First Class Medical.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety management protocols, and regulatory standards.
- Successfully complete background check and drug screening prior to and during employment, as required.
