🧭 Your mission

  • Serve as Pilot-in-Command on Citation Excel/XLS/XLS+ missions under 14 CFR Part 135.
  • Ensure safety, compliance, and passenger service excellence on every leg.
  • Plan and execute flights, including performance calculations, fuel planning, weight and balance, and risk assessments.
  • Coordinate with dispatch and maintenance to keep the aircraft mission-ready and manage MEL/CDL as applicable.
  • Maintain currency, training, and accurate flight, duty, and aircraft records.
  • Represent the operation professionally with clients, vendors, and airport partners.

🧰 Minimum qualifications

  • Total Time: 2,500 hours
  • Licenses: FAA CPL with IR and ME
  • Medical: Class 1 (First Class)
  • Regulatory: Meets 14 CFR FAA requirements, including Part 135.243(a)(1) and 135.243(c)
  • Residence: Must live within 45 minutes of Dallas Love Field (KDAL)
  • Type Rating: Not required; company training provided
  • Eligibility: Eligible for entry to Canada via CANPASS
  • Driving: Acceptable driving record
  • Background: Ability to pass a background check
  • Drug/Alcohol: Zero-tolerance, drug-free company
  • COVID-19: Vaccination required where permitted by applicable law
  • Visa Sponsorship: Not provided
  • Open to License Holders: FAA
