  • License: EASA Frozen ATPL with IR and ME
  • Medical: Class 1
  • ICAO ELP: Level 4 or higher
  • Languages: German and English (B2+)

🧭 Minimum requirements

  • Total time: 1,500 hours
  • In type: 500 hours on Citation Excel/XLS/XLS+
  • License: EASA Frozen ATPL (IR / ME)
  • Medical: Class 1
  • Language proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 4+
  • Languages: German and English (B2 or higher)
  • Security clearance: Valid ZÜP available at start of employment
  • Travel documents: Passport without restrictions

  • Driving licence class B and own car
  • Reliable mobile phone accessibility with internet connection
  • Ideally residing within a 1-hour drive of Stuttgart Airport (STR)
  • Reliability, strong sense of responsibility, and impeccable airmanship

  • High flexibility and resilience; calm under pressure
  • Team player with strong intercultural competence
  • Willingness to continuously develop and maintain current knowledge
  • Exceptional service orientation and discretion

🌟 What you’ll do

  • Act as PIC on the Citation Excel/XLS/XLS+, ensuring the highest levels of flight safety and compliance
  • Lead the crew with professionalism, fostering a collaborative and safety-first culture
  • Plan and execute flights in accordance with SOPs, operational manuals, and regulatory requirements
  • Deliver a refined, passenger-focused experience from briefing to arrival
  • Manage risk proactively through thorough preflight preparation, weather/NOTAM analysis, and performance planning
  • Maintain accurate logs, reports, and documentation to regulatory and company standards
  • Represent the company with integrity and excellent communication in both German and English
