Join Aviation Advisor’s flight department as a Second-in-Command pilot on the Citation CJ series, supporting safe, efficient, and compliant operations under FAR Part 91 and 135. This role reports directly to the Chief Pilot and is ideal for a professional aviator committed to precision, teamwork, and exceptional service.
✈️ What you’ll do
- Serve as Second-in-Command on Citation CJ3/CJ2/CJ1 missions across the greater Chicago–Milwaukee corridor.
- Uphold the highest standards of safety, airmanship, and professionalism on every leg.
- Execute SOPs with disciplined checklist use and sound risk management in Part 91/135 environments.
- Deliver smooth crew coordination, clear communications, and exceptional passenger care.
- Maintain flight readiness, currency, and compliance with all regulatory and company requirements.
🧰 Minimum qualifications
- 1,500 hours Total Time
- 100 hours Multi-Engine Time
- ATP or ATP Written
- Multi-Engine Land rating
- Current First Class Medical Certificate
- Proficient in radiotelephone communications
- Able to pass drug testing and TSA background screening
- Eligible for airport ID badge and ramp driving privileges
- Valid passport and driver’s license
- Reside within a two-hour personal commute of KARR
- High School Diploma (required)

🧭 Where you’ll fly
Based in the greater Chicagoland–Milwaukee area with operations conducted under FAR Part 91 and 135. Expect departures frequently associated with KARR and surrounding airports in Illinois and Wisconsin.
