ConciAir is a dynamic, growing Part 135 charter operator headquartered in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. As we expand our Cessna Citation CJ3 fleet, we’re inviting motivated, customer-focused captains to join our team and help us deliver safe, efficient, and exceptional charter experiences.
✈️ About the Role
As a Citation CJ3 Captain, you will be the face of ConciAir in the flight deck and the cabin—setting the standard for safety, professionalism, and service. You’ll operate well-maintained aircraft, collaborate with a committed team, and enjoy a strong work/life balance while contributing to a culture that values excellence and growth.
🧭 What You’ll Do
- Serve as PIC on CE-525 series aircraft with an unwavering commitment to safety and regulatory compliance.
- Plan and conduct domestic and international flights in accordance with Part 135, company SOPs, and ICAO standards.
- Deliver a premium customer experience with discretion, professionalism, and hospitality.
- Exercise sound aeronautical decision-making, CRM, and risk management from preflight through postflight.
- Maintain aircraft/crew readiness, currency, and documentation; support training and standardization.
- Coordinate effectively with dispatch, maintenance, and crew members to ensure efficient operations.
🧰 Minimum Qualifications
- Total Time: 3,000 hours
- PIC Time: 1,500 hours
- Time in Type: 250 hours in CE-525 series
- Type Rating: CE-525 required
- Currency: CE-525 currency within the past 36 months
- License: ATP – FAA only
- Medical: First Class
- Additional: FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operator’s License; current and valid passport; ICAO-eligible for international operations
