🧭 The Role

As a First Officer on the Challenger 850, you’ll fly in a professional multi-crew jet environment, delivering safe, efficient operations and an exceptional onboard experience. You’ll uphold the highest standards of airmanship, compliance, and customer care while working closely with your crew.

  • Operate the Challenger 850 in accordance with company SOPs and EASA regulations.
  • Apply strong CRM and decision-making to maintain safety and efficiency on every sector.
  • Participate in recurrent training and checking; contribute to continuous improvement.
  • Represent the brand with professionalism in all customer and stakeholder interactions.

🧰 Minimum Requirements

  • 1500+ hours total time.
  • 500+ hours jet time.
  • 500+ hours multi-pilot time on jet aeroplanes in commercial operation. (Meets the requirement: minimum 500 hrs flying multipilot jet aeroplanes in commercial operation.)
  • ATPL (frozen), with valid IR and ME.
  • EASA licence.
  • Valid Class 1 medical.
  • ICAO ELP level 5 or higher.
  • Current right to live and work as required — visa sponsorship is not provided.
  • No Challenger 850 type rating required — training provided.
