Challenger 605 First Officer — Denver (KAPA) | Part 91 Corporate Flight Department
✈️ About the role
Consolidated Investment Group is seeking a skilled First Officer to join our established and respected Part 91 corporate flight department operating a Challenger 605 based in Denver, CO (Centennial, KAPA). You will support safe, efficient domestic and international missions, reporting to the Chief Pilot and working closely with the assigned Captain on each trip.
🧭 What you will do
- Execute flight duties with the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and CRM, in alignment with company SOPs and regulations.
- Support the Captain on all phases of flight: planning, performance, weight and balance, weather and NOTAM review, international procedures, and post-flight duties.
- Coordinate with dispatch, maintenance, and ground handling to ensure on-time, efficient operations and exceptional passenger experience.
- Participate in training, checks, and recurrent programs; maintain currency and readiness for worldwide operations.
- Represent the flight department and company with discretion, integrity, and service excellence.

- Licenses: CPL, IR, ME (FAA)
- Medical: Class 1
- Total Time: 2,500+ hours
- PIC: 500+ hours
- Multi-Engine: 500+ hours
- Turbine: 100+ hours
- Jet: 250+ hours
- Instrument: 150+ hours
- Passport: Valid, unrestricted for international crew duty
- Permit: FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operator Permit
- Background & Screening: Pre-employment background check and FAA drug screening
- Record: No accidents, incidents, or violations within the last 10 years
- Education: Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
- Sponsorship: Visa sponsorship not provided
🌟 Preferred qualifications
- ATP strongly preferred
- Bombardier Challenger series type rating or time in similar-size business jets
- Graduates of military flight training welcomed
- Airline background with international operating experience is advantageous
🎓 Training & progression
Type rating is not required on hire. Company-provided training will be arranged, and you will be required to obtain an unrestricted PIC type rating on the Challenger 605/650 airframe. Candidates must demonstrate the capability and ambition to upgrade to Captain when eligible.
📍 Base & operations
This position is based at Centennial Airport (KAPA) in the Denver metro area, supporting a refined corporate operation with both domestic and international missions under Part 91.
