✈️ About the role

As Captain on the Bombardier Challenger 605, you will command multi‑pilot, IFR operations in the business aviation environment, setting the tone for safety, professionalism, and exceptional passenger experience. You will lead your crew, exercise sound decision‑making, and ensure compliance with all regulatory and company standards from preflight planning through to post‑flight debrief.

🧭 Your mission

  • Act as PIC on CL‑605 operations within multi‑crew, IFR environment.
  • Champion a just‑culture approach to safety, applying robust TEM and CRM principles.
  • Deliver smooth, professional service to high‑end clientele while protecting operational integrity and efficiency.
  • Maintain aircraft technical oversight, documentation accuracy, and SOP compliance at all stages of flight.

🧰 What you bring

  • Experience: Minimum 4000 hours total time.
  • Jet leadership: At least 500 hours as PIC on multi‑pilot jet aircraft (Jet PIC: 500 hours).
  • Currency & standards: Proven multi‑crew jet operations, disciplined SOP use, and decisive command capability.
  • Mindset: Safety‑first judgment, calm under pressure, and collaborative leadership.
  • NTR readiness: Willingness to complete company‑provided CL‑605 type rating and operator conversion.

🌟 Licences & requirements

  • Licence: EASA ATPL (Frozen) with valid IR and ME
  • Medical: EASA Class 1
  • Language – English: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher
  • Language – Czech: ICAO Level 6
  • Education: Secondary/high school
  • Background: Clean criminal record
  • Eligibility: Able to work without employer‑provided visa sponsorship
  • Type rating: Not required (training provided)

Non‑type rated captains are welcome—comprehensive CL‑605 type rating and operator conversion training are provided. You will benefit from recurrent training, line checks, and a continuous improvement culture that supports high‑reliability operations.
