🧭 What you’ll do

• Lead safe, compliant operations as PIC on the Challenger 605/650 across global routes.
• Deliver an exceptional cabin-to-cockpit customer experience with professionalism and discretion.
• Execute thorough flight planning, risk assessment, and decision-making in dynamic environments.
• Collaborate closely with crew and operations to ensure punctual, efficient missions.
• Adhere to EASA regulations and company SOPs, emphasizing continuous improvement and safety culture.

🧰 What you’ll bring

• Minimum 3,000 hours total flight time (PIC role).
• Full EASA ATPL licence.
• Current CL605/650 type rating.
• Valid European Union Class 1 Medical Certificate.
• Fluency in English (ICAO Level 6 preferred).
• Extensive global flight experience with strong situational awareness and CRM.
• Robust commercial aviation background (EU OPS and/or AIROPS experience advantageous).
• Military or airline training advantageous.
• Proven record of excellent performance and professionalism.
• Based in, or able to reliably operate from, Oxford, United Kingdom.
