✈️ The Opportunity

As a Challenger 604 First Officer, you will support the Captain in all phases of flight, execute SOPs with precision, and uphold the highest safety and service standards. Expect a professional, two-pilot environment with regular U.S. operations and recurrent travel to and from Canada.

🧭 What You’ll Do

  • Plan and execute flights, including performance, weight and balance, and route/weather analysis.
  • Operate as part of a two-pilot crew, prioritizing CRM, checklist discipline, and clear communications.
  • Manage FMS, navigation, and radio work to support efficient, compliant operations.
  • Ensure all documentation, customs/immigration paperwork, and international requirements are complete and accurate.
  • Collaborate with the Captain, maintenance, and scheduling to deliver a smooth, passenger-focused experience.

🧰 Minimum Qualifications

  • Total Time: 1,800 hours
  • Multi-Engine: 1,000 hours
  • Instrument: 75 hours
  • License: FAA ATP
  • Medical: First Class
  • Type Rating: Not required — training provided
  • Residence: Live within 2 hours of Raleigh–Durham (RDU) International Airport

🌟 Preferred

  • Challenger 604/605/650 type rating

🔐 Additional Requirements

  • No FAA violations; no accidents or incidents
  • Valid passport
  • Ability to obtain and maintain CANPASS authorization for unrestricted commercial pilot travel to/from Canada
  • Compliant with ICAO Annex I — 2.1.10 as applicable to multi-crew international commercial air transport operations
  • Proof of certain vaccinations may be required
